Streak Losses

I really love Snapchat but yesterday I lost a streak of about 360 days and we both snapped each other that day. I really like Snapchat but this thing made me really mad cause 360 days are a lot of days. I also heard this happening to other people. I would give this app a rating of five but cause of this I gave it a rating of 2.
