Plz fix

So for some reason it keeps saying I lost my streaks or Im going to loose them and then I ask the people that I have streaks with if we r loosing our streak and they say nope the only way that I can make it not say that I lost a streak is to delete Snapchat and keep
Constantly doing it plz respond back and fix this
