Why Snapchat!!!

Ok so I was recently logged out of my account for snapchat and when I try and log in it says that my account has been locked. But it gives me a website to go to. So I go to the website and it asks me to sign in and I do it. And then I get a screen explaining about how you log in and it says you got locked out and all...... Theres a button on the bottom of the page saying UNLOCK. So then I click it and then it says "Your account has permanently been locked" so you might want to explain. I have had snapchat for at least 1 year and a half. This is the first time this has ever happened to me so now very upset, angry, and extremely disappointed in this app. So snapchat if you can fix this and GIVE ME BACK MY ACCOUNT, hopefully we wont have this problem again.
